Finishes include Weiku German-made window frames, custom cabinetry by Lacca, designer furniture, interior ceiling lining finished in peroba mica wood with 15 cm slats, and exterior cladding in Branco Siena granite, A-grade classification.
Among the technological and construction highlights, the property offers home automation, distributed sound system, CCTV monitoring, a Stemac generator, and three independent heating systems — solar, gas, and electric — developed by Aqualar, ensuring operational safety and redundancy.
